The Outreach Ministry at

Let’s Excavate exists to unearth the hidden pain, potential, and purpose within individuals, families, and communities.

Through Christ-centered relationships, practical resources, and consistent presence, we help people move from surviving to healing and thriving. Our programs are designed to meet real needs while pointing every heart back to Jesus as the ultimate Restorer and Redeemer.

Community Care & Relief

Community Care & Relief focuses on immediate, practical support for individuals and families walking through crisis, transition, or hardship. This program serves as the “front line” of care, where people first encounter the love, compassion, and hope of Christ through tangible acts of service.

Inner Healing & Restoration

The Inner Healing & Restoration program is the heart of Let’s Excavate. This ministry is designed for those who feel buried under the weight of past trauma, rejection, abuse, shame, or spiritual burnout. Here, people are gently guided through a process of emotional and spiritual excavation so they can walk in freedom and wholeness.

Women’s Empowerment & Discipleship

Women’s Empowerment & Discipleship is a specialized outreach for women who are ready to heal, grow, and lead from a place of wholeness. Whether they are emerging leaders, single mothers, survivors, or women in transition, this program helps them discover their God-given voice, identity, and assignment.

Youth & Young Adult Support

The Youth & Young Adult Support

Program reaches the next generation with truth, guidance, and hope in a culture that often leaves them confused and disconnected. Let’s Excavate creates spaces where young people can ask hard questions, process life, and encounter God in a real and relevant way.

Campaign 1: “Equip to Excavate” Leader Training Intensive

This campaign equips current and emerging leaders with practical tools, spiritual depth, and ministry skills to lead outreach teams effectively. Campaign Goal Train 20-50 leaders per cohort in trauma-informed care, team management, and Christ-centered ministry, creating a network of equipped facilitators ready to multiply Let’s Excavate programs.

Campaign 2: “Leader’s Restoration Forge” Personal Renewal Retreat

Campaign 2: “Leader’s Restoration Forge” Personal Renewal Retreat Designed for leaders carrying the weight of ministry, this campaign provides deep personal healing so they can lead from overflow rather than depletion. Campaign Goal Host quarterly retreats where 15-25 leaders experience inner healing ministry, spiritual refreshing, and strategic visioning to prevent compassion fatigue and reignite passion.

Campaign 3: “Multiply the Dig” Leadership Multiplication Challenge

This campaign mobilizes leaders to recruit, train, and deploy new team members, exponentially growing Let’s Excavate’s reach into communities. Campaign Goal Challenge each participating leader to identify, train, and launch 3-5 new volunteers into active outreach roles within 90 days, doubling team capacity. Core Elements
